Die in Dresden ansässige Heliatek GmbH ist das weltweit führende Unternehmen für flexible, organische Photovoltaik auf Basis kleiner Moleküle. Aktuell vollzieht Heliatek den Wandel von der reinen Technologieentwicklung hin zur industriellen Serienproduktion. Dafür suchen wir engagierte und erfahrene Solarpioniere, die bereit sind, neue Wege zu beschreiten. Heliatek beschäftigt an den Standorten Dresden und Ulm derzeit rund  130 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Dresden suchen wir ab sofort eine/einen:

Manager Business Development (w/m)

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the acquisition of new strategic customers and the expansion of existing customer relationships
  • You build strategic relationship with customers by understanding their technical requirements and offering a customized solution  
  • You ensure the achievement of predetermined sales and outcome targets for the assigned/dedicated market segment or customer group
  • You record and refine customer requirements and forward them to the development team
  • You work closely together with the inside sales and other departments such as Marketing, Product Management
  • You observe and analyze existing and future markets and develop sales strategies independently
  • Support market organization strategy and focus areas, including strategic decisions and business plan objectives to ensure customer satisfaction
  • You are responsible for leading a team of Business Developers for different areas (e.g. DACH, FR & BeNeLux)

Your profile 

  • You have successfully completed a commercial or engineering technical degree or equivalent education
  • You ideally already gained several years of experience in a startup, business development and/or management consulting
  • You have a strategic mindset with a hands-on mentality: you are equally excited about exploring new areas of growth and bring them to fruition
  • A customer- and service-oriented work approach, which requires willingness to travel and flexibility is for you without question
  • You have a good technical understanding to present and sell a technically demanding product
  • You enjoy interdisciplinary work and also are characterized by intercultural competence, teamwork and communication skills
  • You are able to speak and write English & German fluently
